Return Policy: SynthMedia.net will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). SynthMedia.net will not accept returns or exchanges on any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened.

Exchange Fee: There is a $4.00 exchange processing fee if the items exchanged are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion). Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost and will be charged to the original payment source for your order.

Refunds: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturers defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.
